I am an artist and my name is Veera Romanoff. I am inspired by the world around me and try to communicate my vision through art. My art is based on different techniques and styles. I experiment with different materials, from traditional oil paints to modern digital art forms. My work covers a wide range of subjects and plots, from portraits and landscapes to abstract compositions. In each of my works, I strive to express emotion and convey the depth of human nature. I am interested in playing with light and shadow, creating contrasts and textures to give my works a special vibrancy. My work has been exhibited in various art exhibitions and has received acclaim from viewers and critics alike. I have also participated in collaborative projects and worked with other creative people, which has broadened my artistic vision. As an artist, my goal is not only to create beautiful works of art, but also to inspire and bring joy to the people who see my work. I believe that art has the power to change and renew the world, and I strive to do that every time I pick up a brush or pencil. I organise exhibitions and workshops for both adults and children. I strive to be a connecting link between cultural currents and the wider public to inspire and influence understanding of the world around us. My passion lies in art, music and everything related to contemporary culture. I strive to identify and highlight innovative and talented artists by sharing their work and stories with my audiences. My aim is to showcase new ideas and trends, but also to inspire people to be creative, diversify their tastes and open up to new things. I believe that culture and art have the power to transform our society and inspire us to new heights. As an artist, I am open to new opportunities and always willing to share my ideas and work on interesting projects. interested in learning more about my work or collaborating with me, please contact me. Veera Romanoff is a Finnish contemporary artist and architect. After completing practical courses in drawing, painting and sculpture, she successfully graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture in 1992 and continued to develop her skills and artistic style. Living and working in Finland, Veera draws inspiration from the Matisse Fauvist tradition, bringing to her work a freedom of form and the chromatic chaos of metamodernism. Her art is characterised by an interplay of aesthetics and visual language, contrasting colourless routine with bright tones and free forms.
With a successful career as an architect and experience as an artist, Veera combines functionality and beauty in various art forms, engaging in a constant dialogue between art, contextual space and technology.
Participation in exhibitions such as Synergy Art Fair / Art Miami Week 2023, Art Market San Francisco and the Broadway show in New York in 2024 has brought Veera recognition both nationally and internationally. Paintings created between 2015 and 2024 are in private collections in over 20 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, China, Israel, Greece, Finland, Cyprus and Canada.Exhibitions
